COMPUTERS
By now you may have noticed that I do have an
interest in computers as a whole. I enjoy good computer games and do a little
programming. The programming is curtailed some what by the fact that I simply do not
have the time to learn languages other than the one that I have to use at college
(Eiffel). I will someday familiarise myself with Java and C++, properly. I
have dabbled in C a bit but I have yet to produce anything remotely usefull with
it.
Actually the idea for my dissertation will be included on this site soon.
I hope that some of you out there may have some input. That is those of you
who are interested of course. Basically I have decided to do a comparative study
between Microsofts Direct3D and OpenGL. I have yet to finalise the details of it but
it should be interesting.
I do like computer games so I shall provide a list of what I consider to
be the best games about at the mo'.

RUGBY
Ah Rugby Union, luvly stuff. I enjoy watching Rugby on t.v and I've
even had a go at it with the college team, the Exiles. Ok I only played one game
this season and that was a friendly. Its my own fault really I should go down the
gym and get some fitness in, but I seem to be able to find a reason not to. I WILL
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!! Mark my words I shall work on. I
shall play more games next season for The Nene University College Exiles.
Anyway I am a fan of Northampton Town RFU. Although i've never been
to see a game I follow them in the press. Actually I should do more. Hey ho!!!
MUSIC
Although not being an expert on music I know what I like. My musical
tastes vary somewhat depending on my mood. Any way here is my list of Music CDs that

Some of you may be wondering why with its special
effects and multiple ocsars I have not included Titanic in my top 10. Actually the
main reason I have not included Titanic is because of the blatent racist elements of the
film. I accept that the effects are a sight to behold Cameron's team excelled in
this area. However I don't know about you but it seemed to me that the main story of
the film was in areas no more than an exercise in Brit bashing. Didn't anyone notice
that all of the people who were supposed to be bad guys had distinct English accents, even
the American characters. Normally I wouldn't get so work up about something like
this but when I went to see Titanic I could not help feeling that James Cameron had just
given a slap in the face. May be i'm over reacting and quite frankly it doesn't
really matter. It's just a film after all. The story was crap anyway.

- Football (The Original and still the best, not I
repeat not that dull American sport which is basically a less difficult form of Rugby
